More About Us
Mother and Daughter
Co-Ownership
Bea Sweet Treats is named after my Grandma Bea, the one who instilled a passion for baking and creating in the both of us. As I (Stephanie) was growing up, I spent many hours in the kitchen learning from Grandma Bea. It was such a special time for the both of us, and the memories got even sweeter when Ashley came along and developed the same love for baking as her Great Grandma Bea.
Ashley decided to advance her love for baking by attending Sullivan University to earn an Associates degree in Baking and Pastry and earned a Personal Private Chef certification. She was on their Baking and Pastry Competition team where she earned a silver medal for a chocolate showpiece. Ashley has had many job opportunities including multiple fine dining restaurants, hotels, and a few bakeries. Cake has always been her first love, but I love the new skills she has learned and carried into our bakery.
Although Grandma Bea has since gone to be with the Lord, her legacy is still very much alive! We hope to honor her life and the legacy she left behind through Bea Sweet Treats.
